French Lentil & Walnut Breakfast Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Braised French Lentil & Walnut Tikka Patty
- 1 English Muffin
- Chutney of your choice (mango or green mint)
- Salad greens of your choice
- Optional Hashbrown patty (for that something extra!)
DIRECTIONS
- Cook the Braised French Lentil & Walnut patty on skillet on medium heat 7 minutes each side.
- Toast the English muffin. Spread your choice of chutney.
- Layer with your choice of greens and Braised French Lentil & Walnut Tikka Patty.
- Optionally add a toasted hashbrown patty for a McMuffin effect.
