Shipping

We are working with our global shipping couriers to ship our frozen food products. They are typically shipped using foam insulating food shipping containers such as evergreen material and/or dry ice boxes. We may also use cardboard boxes with insulated box liners to keep temperatures cold. This depends on shipment size and location.

Orders on average take about 7-10 business days to process and delivery is depending upon your shipment location. Domestic delivery usually takes about 1 to 2 days. If we are out of stock, you will be notified informed prior to purchasing when the expected processing date will begin. We do allow orders to be placed on backorder.

Products may arrive thawed especially during the summer months even when packaged with dry ice and gel packs. Place them in the freezer to re-freeze and then cook from frozen.

Shipping Availability

At this time, we ship to select ZIP codes in California, the Pacific Northwest, and Arizona. These areas allow us to deliver within 1–2 business days using UPS Ground, which helps ensure your order arrives cold and in great condition.

If your ZIP code isn’t available yet, it doesn’t mean never — it means we’re expanding intentionally to maintain quality.
