FROM MY
TABLE.

Hey!Hunger began with the food I knew best: deeply flavorful, vegetable-forward meals made to nourish people and bring them together.

WHY HEY!HUNGER
EXISTS.

Hey!Hunger is a tribute to my mother—always cooking, always caring, always curious. Caring for her through her cancer journey deepened my belief that nourishing food should never feel clinical, joyless or hard to make part of everyday life.

The recipes draw from the vegetable-forward Indian food I grew up with: cooking that values whole ingredients, texture, spice and generosity.

FOOD FIRST.
ALWAYS.

Whole vegetables, lentils, nuts and grains. Indian spices. The ingredients I love cooking with, made into meals that fit everyday life.

ROOTED IN INDIA.
MADE IN CALIFORNIA.

I grew up with vegetable-forward Indian cooking—rich with spices, texture and care. Here in California, I’ve brought those roots into wholesome, easy-to-prepare meals for everyday life.

FOOD SHOULD
NOURISH.
AND DELIGHT.

Goodness should not feel like a chore. A meal can be practical and beautiful, fiber-rich and craveable, convenient and rooted in tradition.

That is the kind of food we want more of.
