Lentil, Walnut & Cucumber Cocktail Bites
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Braised Lentil & Walnut Tikka Patty
- 1 Persian Cucumber
- 1 Fresh Lime, halved
- Your favorite BBQ Sauce or Tamarind Chutney
DIRECTIONS
- Cook the Braised Lentil & Walnut Tikka patty on skillet on medium heat 7 minutes each side.
- Divide the patties into 12 parts. Hand form them into cocktail meatballs.
- Use a potato peeler to slice thin long slices of cucumber.
- Layer a skewer with cucumber and lentil cocktail meatballs. Baste with your favorite tamarind chutney or BBQ sauce.
