Roasted Beet & Walnut Tikka Burger
INGREDIENTS
For the Burger
- 1 Roasted Beet & Walnut Tikka Patty
For the Green Mint Chutney
- 1 Bunch Mint
- 1 Bunch Cilantro
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Ginger
- 1 Serrano Chili Chopped (optional)
- Salt to taste
For the Yogurt Sauce
- 1/4 yogurt of choice
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all the ingredients for the Green Mint Chutney in a blender till smooth.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the yogurt sauce till smooth.
- Cook the Beet & Walnut Tikka patty on skillet on medium heat 7 minutes each side.
- On burger bun of your choice, spread the mint chutney on one slice and the yogurt sauce on the other slice. Layer with your choice of greens. Add the Beet & Walnut Tikka Patty.
- Serve with side of sweet potato fries.
