Roasted Beet Tikka Toast

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Roasted Beet & Walnut Tikka Patty
  • 1 Sourdough Toast
  • 1/4 Blanched Peas
  • 1 Tablespoon Hummus
  • Mint leaves (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  • Cook the Roasted Beet & Walnut Tikka patty on skillet on medium heat 7 minutes each side. 
  • Cool the patty for 5-7 minutes. Crumble with a fork.
  • Toast the slice of sourdough.
  • Spread hummus on the toast.
  • Add the tikka patty. Sprinkle peas, mint leaves, and your choice of sauce.
