Roasted Beet Tikka Toast
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Roasted Beet & Walnut Tikka Patty
- 1 Sourdough Toast
- 1/4 Blanched Peas
- 1 Tablespoon Hummus
- Mint leaves (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Cook the Roasted Beet & Walnut Tikka patty on skillet on medium heat 7 minutes each side.
- Cool the patty for 5-7 minutes. Crumble with a fork.
- Toast the slice of sourdough.
- Spread hummus on the toast.
- Add the tikka patty. Sprinkle peas, mint leaves, and your choice of sauce.
