Spinach & Pistachio Tikka Burger
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Sauteed Spinach & Pistachio Tikka Patty
- 1 Brioche Bun
- 1/2 Sliced beet and sweet potato
- Fresh Spinach Leaves
- Your choice of sauce
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Sourdough burger bun or a burger bun of your choice.
DIRECTIONS
- Cook the Spinach & Pistachio Tikka patty on skillet on medium heat 7 minutes each side.
- Toss beet and sweet potato slices with oil. Roast the slices in an oven heated to 400F for 10 minutes or till crispy.
- Spread the sauce on a bun. Add spinach leaves, the tikka patty, roasted beet & sweet potato slices.
